Golden Valley - Steven Jarvis, 38, Golden Valley, formerly of Brainerd, died Tuesday August 29, 1984 at his home.

He was born August 8, 1951, in Brainerd to Mr. and Mrs. Robert jarvis, Brainerd.

He graduated with honors from the Brainerd high School.

He was employed in Minneapolis as a postal worker.

He was a sergeant in the Air Force.

Survivors include his parents; one sister, Anita Jarvis Towler, Coon Rapids; two brothers, Richard W., Monticello, and Robert C. Thieme, Cambridge; and his grandmother, Mae Gulbranson, Brainerd.

his brother, Scott, died Feb. 26, 1976.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, at the Waterson Funeral Home, 4343 Nicollet Avenue South, in Minneapolis.
